custom build definition
custom build and “self build” means the erection or construction by (a) individuals, (b) associations of individuals, or (c) persons or companies working with or for individuals or associations of individuals, of houses to be occupied as homes by those individuals, and “custom built” and “custom builder” and “self built” and “self builder” shall be construed accordingly
custom build means development carried out for and on behalf of, or in partnership with, an individual or group of individuals who upon completion intend to occupy the development and who will become a freehold owner, or
custom build means training and material created and adapted to a specific need and/or area by the Consultant for Metrolinx as defined through the Task Release for Services Process at Article 2.11 of the General Conditions.
