custody record definition

custody record means a record kept under Regulation 6 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 (Treatment of Persons in Custody in Garda Síochána Stations) Regulations, 1987;
custody record means the record of particulars relating to the custody of a person who is detained at a place of lawful custody in accordance with Part 5 (Police Detention);

  • Custody means joint legal custody, sole legal custody, joint physical custody or sole

  • Custody Account means each custody account on Bank’s records to which Financial Assets are or may be credited pursuant hereto.

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • Retailer of Record means the Retailer who is listed in FortisAlberta’s records through the procedures outlined in the Terms and Conditions, and thereby recognized by FortisAlberta and the Settlement System Code, as a particular Customer’s Retailer for a Point of Service at a particular time;
