Custody Bank definition

Custody Bank means, in relation to a payment denominated in a particular currency, a bank in the principal financial centre for such currency or, where the relevant payment is denominated in euro, in a city in which banks have access to the TARGET System.
Custody Bank. – shall mean any financial institution, or its branches or agencies, in an international foreign center, which is rated the highest by two internationally recognized risk analysis agencies, able to receive and hold cash balances in an internationally convertible currency, act as the custodian itself or by an Agent, keep operation records of the National Oil Account, and provide to the public, directly or through competent entities, the information subject to the transparency principle under the terms of this law;
Custody Bank means the Contractor or Contractors assigned to provide services consistent with Title 2, Chapter 60, Part 7 NMAC.
