Custodial personnel definition

Custodial personnel means those officers with the rank of deputy, correctional officer, patrol persons, or other equivalent sworn or civilian rank whose duties include the supervision of inmates.
Custodial personnel or "employee" shall mean a person employed by the Board, within the bargaining unit, and engaged in the operation of the heating and mechanical equipment, care and cleaning of the district's buildings and care of grounds. These responsibilities shall not include repairs to the building or equipment.
Custodial personnel means line staff whose duties include the care and treatment of prisoners. Line staff includes sergeants and police officers.
