Custodial Operator means the current custodial operator, NOMS, or any successor operator, who has overall responsibility for a Young Person's safety and welfare, the security of the YOI and for protecting the public;

Examples of Custodial Operator in a sentence

  • Young people's participation in education (a) The Contractor shall liaise with the Custodial Operator to agree the timetabling of PE lessons within the education morning/afternoon sessions to allow for each Young Person to receive thirty (30) hours of education activities each week.

  • The existing contractor is responsible for delivering a minimum of fifteen (15) hours of education per Young Person per week, and the Custodial Operator is responsible for delivering a minimum of ten (10) hours of activity per week to supplement the education offer.

  • Currently, a number of Young People do not attend designated education for one of three main reasons: refusal to attend; a Young Person is prevented from attending by the Custodial Operator due to their risk assessment or because of specific needs/appointments (e.g. healthcare needs); or a Young Person has been sent out of education.

  • As part of the newly commissioned service, the Authority will expect that the Contractor provides a fifteen (15) hour weekly timetable of education services to each Young Person in designated outreach (this is exclusive of PE provided by the Custodial Operator).

  • Further, the delivery of the Target Hours will be reliant upon a switch to a new Core Day by the Custodial Operator in YOIs. It is the intention of the Authority that in the Initial Period, all Young People are timetabled to receive fifteen (15) hours of education per week.

  • This has meant that the Custodial Operator and existing contractor are each responsible for approximately fifty (50) percent of a Young Person's daytime weekday activity.

  • This Specification also defines the role the Contractor must play in conjunction with the Custodial Operator and other agencies (including health providers) in the integration of services delivered in YOIs. This Specification consists of eight (8) sections as set out in paragraph 4 (Individual Service Requirements).

  • These include PSIs or PSOs which will enable the Contractor to easily locate more detailed instructions on how the Custodial Operator mandates that a particular Specification output should be delivered.

  • The daytime weekday activity delivered by the Custodial Operator and the contractor is constrained to the timeframe known as the "Core Day".

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Outside Special Servicer With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the special servicer under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • FTPS Unit Servicing Agent means FTP Services LLC or any successor FTPS Unit servicing agent appointed as hereinafter provided."

  • Note A-2 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.

  • General Special Servicer mean the Person performing the duties and obligations of special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Pool (exclusive of (A) any Serviced Loan Combination or related REO Property as to which a different Loan Combination Special Servicer has been appointed with respect thereto and (B) any Excluded Special Servicer Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property as to which an Excluded Mortgage Loan Special Servicer has been appointed with respect thereto).

  • Countrywide Servicing Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, a Texas limited partnership and its successors and assigns.

  • Primary Servicer Prudential Asset Resources, Inc., or any successor thereto (as primary servicer) appointed as provided in the Primary Servicing Agreement.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Fannie Mae The Federal National Mortgage Association, or any successor xxxxxto.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Shareholder Servicing Agent shall have the meaning designated in Section 5.2(f) hereof.

  • Note A-3 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.
