Custodial Collateral means, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, all property and assets of the Borrower held, possessed or controlled by the Custodian. Such Custodial Collateral shall include, without limitation, all of the types of property set forth in Schedule A hereto; provided, however, that Custodial Collateral shall not include those assets identified from time to time as “Other Cover Assets” on the “Cover Schedule” accepted by State Street and in effect from time to time in accordance with Schedule A hereto, provided, further, however, that such assets shall be excluded from the definition of Custodial Collateral only during such time as such Cover Schedule is in effect.

More Definitions of Custodial Collateral

Custodial Collateral means all property and assets of Borrower held, possessed, or controlled by Lender or its Affiliates (in their custodial or any other capacity) that are or are intended under the terms of this Agreement or the Collateral Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of Lender and its Affiliates to secure the Secured Line Obligations and the Loan Obligations incurred pursuant to this Agreement. Such Custodial Collateral shall include, without limitation all of the types of property set forth in Schedule A hereto.

Custodial Collateral means all Collateral (including certain Collateral Notes, Collateral Note Security, Pledged Equity Interests and Instruments) and proceeds thereof which are deposited in a Custodial Account maintained with and held by a Custodian that has entered into a Custody Control Agreement, so long as such Custodian’s books and records indicate that such Collateral is credited to or recorded in such Custodial Account.
