Custodial Care Facility definition

Custodial Care Facility means a facility that provides personal care including assistance withactivities of daily living" such as bathing, dressing, eating, going to the bathroom, moving around and getting into and out of bed.

Custodial Care Facility means a building or a part of a building which is used for lodging or boarding [four] six or more persons who are incapable of caring for themselves because of age or physical or mental limitations.
