CUSIP or ISIN Numbers. The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” and/or “ISIN” numbers (if then generally in use), and, if so, the Trustee shall use “CUSIP” and/or “ISIN” numbers in notices of redemption or Offers to Purchase as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of a redemption or notice of an Offer to Purchase and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption or Offer to Purchase shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the “CUSIP” and/or “ISIN” numbers.

The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the “CUSIP”, “ISIN” or such other similar identification numbers.

No representation is made as to the accuracy of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption and reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers placed thereon.

The Trustee shall be notified, in writing, of any change in the CUSIP or ISIN numbers.

The Company will as promptly as practicable notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP or ISIN numbers. Additional Notes issued under this Indenture may have the same or differing CUSIP or ISIN numbers as those given to the Initial Notes or the Exchange Notes.

The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in such numbers.
