Curricular Materials definition

Curricular Materials means all (a) educational materials, curricula, media and tools and (b) other resources that provide educational, curriculum, instructional and research experiences for students, in each case (clauses (a) and (b)), in physical or tangible format (including written, electronic, audiovisual, visual, digital, tactile or otherwise), that are used by the Company Group in the operation of the Business, including the following: lesson plans and planning materials; syllabi; textbooks; know-how; workbooks; manipulatives; charts; graphs; teaching processes; course materials; pictorials; posters; learning standards or objectives; lesson objectives; assignments and projects given to students; books, materials, videos, presentations and readings used in a course; and the tests, assessments and other methods and materials used to evaluate student learning.

Curricular Materials means any systematically organized material designed to provide a specific level of instruction in a subject-matter category, including textbooks, instructional materials, library books, equipment, computer software, digital content accessed through a computer or other electronic medium, digital content available through an internet-based provider of course content, or supplies used in a particular course of study.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Cover material means soil placed over a soil dispersal component composed predominately of mineral material with no greater than ten percent organic content. Cover material may contain an organic surface layer for establishing a vegetative landscape to reduce soil erosion.

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Charcoal lighter material means any combustible material designed to be applied on, incorporated in, added to, or used with charcoal to enhance ignition. “Charcoal Lighter Material” does not include any of the following: (A) electrical starters and probes, (B) metallic cylinders using paper tinder, (C) natural gas, (D) propane, and (E) fat wood.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);
