Enrolled student means a person that has officially registered with the school or school district and is taking part in the educational program.
Enrolled Nurse means an employee:
Uniform business entity application means the current version of the NAIC Uniform Business Entity Application for resident and nonresident business entities.

Free appropriate public education means special education and related services that:
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Company Employee Plan means any plan, program, policy, practice, contract, agreement or other arrangement providing for compensation, severance, termination pay, deferred compensation, performance awards, stock or stock-related awards, fringe benefits or other employee benefits or remuneration of any kind, whether written or unwritten or otherwise, funded or unfunded, including without limitation, each "employee benefit plan," within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA which is or has been maintained, contributed to, or required to be contributed to, by the Company or any Affiliate for the benefit of any Employee, or with respect to which the Company or any Affiliate has or may have any liability or obligation;
Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.
Qualified Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(c).
Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.
Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:
Prospective Student means an Applicant for admission to an Educational Institution.
Dependant non student means a dependant person who is between the ages of 21 and 31
Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.
Foreign Employee Benefit Plan means any employee benefit plan as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA which is maintained or contributed to for the benefit of the employees of the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any of its ERISA Affiliates, but which is not covered by ERISA pursuant to Section 4(b)(4) of ERISA.
Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).
Planned community means a common interest community that is not a condominium or a cooperative. A condominium or cooperative may be part of a planned community.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Utah Special Education Rules and Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Dependant student means a dependant person who is 21 years or over and:
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
Child welfare agency means a child-placing agency, child-caring institution or independent foster
Dependent care assistance program means a benefit plan
Company Employee Benefit Plan means each Employee Benefit Plan that is maintained, sponsored or contributed to (or required to be contributed to) by any of the Group Companies or under or with respect to which any of the Group Companies has any Liability.
