Current Year ADP Method definition

Current Year ADP Method means, with respect to a Plan Year, the calculation of the Actual Deferral Percentage for all Employees who are eligible to be Participants in that Plan Year, other than Highly Compensated Eligible Participants, based on the Before Tax Contributions of and the Compensation earned by each such Employee during the Plan Year to which such calculation relates.

  • The term Current Year ADP Method shall mean, with respect to a Plan Year, the calculation of the Actual Deferral Percentage for all Employees who are eligible to be Participants in that Plan Year, other than Highly Compensated Employees, based on the Tax-Deferred Deposits of and the Compensation earned by each such Employee during the Plan Year to which such calculation relates.

  • Current year means the financial year, which has already commenced, but not yet ended;

  • Relevant Year t means the Financial Year for the purposes of which any calculation falls to be made; "Relevant Year t-1" means the Financial Year preceding Relevant Year t, and similar expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Benefit year means the period of twelve consecutive months, July 1 through June 30, as established by an employer in which an employee shall accrue and use earned sick leave as provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11D-2, provided that once the starting date of the benefit year is established by the employer it shall not be changed unless the employer notifies the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development of the change in accordance with regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act. The Commissioner shall impose a benefit year on any employer the Commissioner determines is changing the benefit year at times or in ways that prevent the accrual or use of earned sick leave by an employee.

  • Actuarial method means the method of allocating a fixed level payment on a Receivable between principal and interest, pursuant to which the portion of such payment that is allocated to interest is the product of one-twelfth (1/12) of the APR on the Receivable multiplied by the scheduled principal balance of the Receivable.

  • Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;

  • Alternative method means any method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant that is not a reference or equivalent method but that has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the commissioner and the U.S. EPA to, in specific cases, produce results adequate for a determination of compliance.

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Trustee makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.
