Current Uni-Pixel Shareholders means any Person who owned Uni-Pixel common stock as of the date of the execution of the Stipulation and who continues to hold such Uni-Pixel common stock as of the date of the Settlement Hearing, excluding the Individual Defendants, the officers and directors of Uni-Pixel, members of their immediate families, and their legal representatives, heirs, successors, or assigns, and any entity in which Individual Defendants have or had a controlling interest.
