Current Owners means Bellagio, LLC, Treasure Island Corp., A▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Companies, Restaurant Ventures of Nevada, Project CC, LLC, Boardwalk Casino, LLC, and Victoria Partners, a Limited Partnership collectively constituting the owners of legal title to the Project as of the date prior to the date of this Agreement.
