    Examples of Current Non-Power Costs in a sentence

    The amounts recoverable in base rates associated with all costs other than those recoverable under the Power Adjustor (“Non-Power Supply Costs”) shall be limited by a Non-Power Cost Cap expressed in the following formula: ((Current Non-Power Costs) x (1 + CPI-U Northeast -1% Productivity Adjustment + Non-Power Supply Cost Incentive Adjustment)) + Capital Spending Adjustment + Exogenous Changes (if any) + Incremental ROE Adjustment (if any).
