Current Issuer Trust Deed means the trust deed entered into on or about the Closing Date between the Current Issuer and the Note Trustee, among other things, constituting the Notes;

  • The Current Issuer Trust Deed and the Current Issuer Deed of Charge contain provisions governing the responsibility (and relief from responsibility) of the Note Trustee and providing for its indemnification in certain circumstances, including, among others, provisions relieving it from taking enforcement proceedings or enforcing the Current Issuer Security unless indemnified to its satisfaction.

  • The Dollar Notes will be issued on the Closing Date in accordance with the terms of the Current Issuer Trust Deed and will be in, or substantially in, the form set out therein.

  • No Note Certificate representing a Current Issuer Note shall be valid for any purpose until it has been authenticated by or on behalf of the Registrar in accordance with this Agreement and the Current Issuer Trust Deed.
