Current Event definition

Current Event has the meaning specified in Section 13.04.
Current Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.
Current Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.5(i).

Examples of Current Event in a sentence

  • To the extent that any notice provided hereunder constitutes, or contains, material, non-public information regarding the Company or any subsidiaries, the Company shall simultaneously file such notice with the Commission pursuant to a Current Event Report on Form 1-U or a similar method.

  • Other than the Current Event of Default, no Default or Event of Default exists under any of the Loan Documents.

  • Each of the Borrowers and the Company shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders of the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default which is not a Current Event of Default.

Related to Current Event

  • Payment Event means the event or events giving rise to the right to payment of a Performance Award.

  • Replacement Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.16.

  • Repayment Event means any event or condition which gives the holder of any note, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness (or any person acting on such holder’s behalf) the right to require the repurchase, redemption or repayment of all or a portion of such indebtedness by the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Significant Event means any Amortization Event or Event of Default.

  • Relevant Event means any Termination Event or any Mandatory Prepayment Event or any event which after the giving of notice or lapse of time or the satisfaction of any other condition (or any combination thereof) would constitute a Termination Event or a Mandatory Prepayment Event;
