Current Business Employees who are not Transferred Employees, whether or not offered employment by Buyer, are herein referred to as "Retained Employees."   • For Current Business Employees that do not become Acquired Employees or that choose to receive a payment of such benefits under applicable Law, APD shall retain all such obligations or pay them, as the case may be.
