Current Business Employee definition

Current Business Employee means any Current Purchased Company Employee and any other employee of any Seller or any of its Affiliates who is actively and primarily employed in the Business or who is primarily dedicated to supporting the Business.
Current Business Employee means (a) each Current Purchased Company Employee, (b) each other employee of Seller or any of its Affiliates who is actively and primarily employed in the Business, or who is primarily dedicated to supporting the Business, immediately prior to the Closing (including any such employee who is on sick leave, military leave, vacation, holiday, short-term disability or other similar leave of absence), and (c) each individual listed on Section 1.1(a)(i) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules, who is employed by Seller or an Affiliate immediately prior to the Closing, excluding, in each case, (i) any employee of a Purchased Non-Consolidated Venture and (ii) each individual listed on Section 1.1(a)(ii) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules.
Current Business Employee means any Conveyed Company Employee or Additional Business Employee.

Current Business Employee means each Business Employee employed by SEE or an Affiliate thereof immediately before the date of this Agreement or, if not employed as of the date hereof, is employed the prior written consent of the President of Diversey (or her designee), prior to and as of the Closing.
