Cumulative Percentage definition

Cumulative Percentage means the percentage so designated on the signature page hereof.
Cumulative Percentage means the percentage so designated in the Award Certificate.
Cumulative Percentage means the cumulative percentage of your PV Option vested in accordance with paragraph 3(b) as set forth in the column on Exhibit A labeled “Cumulative % of PV Option Vested.”

More Definitions of Cumulative Percentage

Cumulative Percentage means the percentage so designated on the signature page hereof. “Cumulative Performance Period” means, as applicable (i) the period from the Grant Date to December 31, 20__, and (ii) the period from the Grant Date to December 31, 20__. “Fiscal Year” shall mean the 12-consecutive-month period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31, so that, by way of example, Fiscal Year 2022 shall mean the 12-consecutive-month period beginning on January 1, 2022 and ending on December 31, 2022. “Index” means the Xxxxxxx Microcap Index, as issued by Xxxxxxx Investments, Inc., or, if such Index is no longer published or the Committee determines that such Index no longer appropriately represents the Company’s peer group (as measured by market capitalization), such other index as the Committee shall determine in its sole discretion. “Performance Period” means the Annual Performance Period and/or the Cumulative Performance Period, as applicable. “Severance Period” shall mean the period following the termination of the Grantee’s employment by the Company during which the Grantee is entitled to continue to receive his or her base compensation pursuant to a written severance agreement. “Target Shares” means the number of Performance Shares so designated in the Award Certificate.

  • Class B-3 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-3 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-3 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-3 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Cumulative Loss Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and the denominator of which is the Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Class B Percentage Any one of the Class B-1 Percentage, Class B-2 Percentage, Class B-3 Percentage, Class B-4 Percentage, Class B-5 Percentage or Class B-6 Percentage.

  • Class B-1 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.

  • Invested Percentage means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the percentage specified in the applicable Series Supplement.

  • Shift Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 0%. For any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, 30%; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, 40%; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, 60%; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, 80%; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, 100%.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly.   • Equity Percentage means the aggregate ownership percentage of Borrower in each Unconsolidated Affiliate, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) Borrower’s nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s organizational documents, and (b) Borrower’s economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate, reflecting Borrower’s share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.
