CUCC definition

CUCC means CUCapital Corp., a Delaware corporation. ----
CUCC means the California Commercial Code, as amended from time to time.
CUCC has the meaning set forth in Section 15.11.

  • If after rejection, revocation, or other termination of Grantee’s right to proceed under the Colorado Uniform Commercial Code (CUCC) or this clause, the State determines for any reason that Grantee was not in default or the delay was excusable, the rights and obligations of the State and Grantee shall be the same as if the notice of termination had been issued pursuant to termination under §28.
