Cuban national definition

Cuban national means, unless otherwise stated, a "national" of Cuba within the meaning of the Cuban Assets Control Regulations, 31 C.F.R.515.302, issued by the U.S.U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
