CTF Governance Framework Document definition

CTF Governance Framework Document means the Governance Framework for the CTF, adopted by the CTF Trust Fund Committee at the joint meeting of the Trust Fund Committees for the SCF and the CTF on November 18, 2008, and amended on December 28, 2011.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;

  • Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • OAA means Older Americans Act.

  • Procurement organization means an eye bank, organ procurement organization, or tissue bank.

  • Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • HMG Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division) as updated from time to time.
