Supplier shall notify Cisco and any affected Cisco Authorized Purchasers promptly if Supplier reasonably anticipates that delivery consistent with CT2R may be delayed.
Orders placed at the CT2R for a Product which are not acknowledged by Supplier within three (3) business days of receipt are deemed accepted; however, if during a particular Cisco fiscal calendar quarter, Supplier receives an Order for Product that was not part of a Cisco award of product during that quarter, Supplier reserves the right to discuss and, if necessary, modify the applicable CT2R for that Product.
