CSUP definition

CSUP means, as applicable in the circumstances, the Celestica Share Unit Plan made as of December 9, 2004 and as amended from time to time and any other plan providing for equity or equity-based incentives or compensation other than the ESPO Plan or the LTIP;

  • The Executive’s Options, Performance Contingent Options, Performance Units and Rights granted under the LTIP and any CSUP Rights terminate effective the Date of Termination and may not be exercised thereafter.
