CSR Expenditure definition

CSR Expenditure means all CSR expenditure of the Company as approved by the Board upon recommendation of the CSR committee, including the following:

More Definitions of CSR Expenditure

CSR Expenditure means the CSR expenditure proposed under this Policy and providing the corpus amount in furtherance of this Policy.

CSR Expenditure means all expenditure on CSR Activities as recommended by the CSR Committee and approved by the Board including the following;

CSR Expenditure means and include all expenditure including contribution to corpus, for projects or programs relating to CSR activities approved by the Board on the recommendation of Committee, but does not include any expenditure on an item not in conformity with the Policy framed thereunder.

CSR Expenditure means all expenditure including contribution to project or program relating to CSR activities in line with activities covered under Schedule VII of the Act. Contribution of any amount directly or indirectly to any political party under Section 182 of the Act, shall not be considered as CSR Expenditure.
