CSO System definition

CSO System means the system which is used to assist the Administration Agency in administering the CSO Funding Pool.
CSO System means the interconnector pipeline system operated by the CSO for the conveyance of gas to or from the NGG System at Bacton, or to or from any other pipeline connected to such interconnector pipeline system at Bacton, from or to a pipeline system in the Netherlands at ▇▇▇▇ Paulowna, including the CSO Facilities. Cubic Metre or CM or m3 means when applied to gas, that amount of Natural Gas that, at Reference Temperature A and Normal Pressure and being free of water vapour, occupies one (1) cubic metre.

  • The CSO is the operator of an interconnector pipeline which is connected to the NGG System at Bacton and holds a licence as a gas interconnector pursuant to the Gas Act (as defined below) and has entered or will enter into one or more agreements for the transportation of gas by means of the CSO System from Bacton to ▇▇▇▇ Paulowna and from ▇▇▇▇ Paulowna to Bacton.
