CSL LEASED PREMISES has the meaning provided in Section 4.11.

  • The real property and the leases described on SCHEDULE 4.11 represent all the real property owned (the "CSL OWNED PREMISES") or leased or subleased (the "CSL LEASED PREMISES") and the real property leases and subleases (the "CSL LEASES") entered into or assumed by CSL or any CSL Subsidiary, and, with respect to the Leased Properties, SCHEDULE 4.11 sets forth the date of the lease and each amendment thereto and the aggregate annual rental payments and other fees payable under such lease.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
