The right to use without charge institutional bulletin boards, mailboxes, District mail systems, and other District means of communication for the posting or transmission of information or notices concerning CSEA matters in accordance with the law. A copy of any posted or transmitted notice by CSEA shall be provided to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources. E-mail transmissions shall not be used to advocate for or against political candidates or for political purposes in accordance with District Board Policy 7370 and related administrative regulations, or in furtherance of any activities prohibited by this agreement. The right to use, with approval, and in accordance with applicable college procedures, institutional equipment, facilities, and buildings. The right to review a unit member’s personnel file when accompanied by the unit member or on presentation of a written authorization signed by the unit member. The right to receive, upon request, a copy of any records which are required for the use of the unit member and CSEA in utilizing the grievance procedure. The District shall provide to CSEA the contact information for unit members as a list of the following information, with each field in its own column, for all bargaining unit members within five (5) days of the last payroll date of September, January, and May as follows:

Related to CSEA Rights

  • Company IP Rights means (a) any and all Intellectual Property used in the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as currently conducted, and (b) any and all other Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Intellectual Property Rights means Intellectual Property Rights owned by or purported to be owned by, or exclusively licensed to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Copyright and Similar Rights means copyright and/or similar rights closely related to copyright including, without limitation, performance, broadcast, sound recording, and Sui Generis Database Rights, without regard to how the rights are labeled or categorized. For purposes of this Public License, the rights specified in Section 2(b)(1)-(2) are not Copyright and Similar Rights.

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Background Intellectual Property Rights means Intellectual Property Rights owned, controlled or furnished by either Party other than Foreground Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.

  • Limited rights means the rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose technical data, in whole or in part, within the Government. The Government may not, without the written permission of the party asserting limited rights, release or disclose the technical data outside the Government, use the technical data for manufacture, or authorize the technical data to be used by another party, except that the Government may reproduce, release, or disclose such data or authorize the use or reproduction of the data by persons outside the Government if—

  • Technology Rights means BOARD's rights in any technical information, know-how, processes, procedures, compositions, devices, methods, formulae, protocols, techniques, software, designs, drawings or data created by the inventor(s) listed in Exhibit I at UTMDACC before the EFFECTIVE DATE, which are not claimed in PATENT RIGHTS but that are necessary for practicing PATENT RIGHTS.

  • Surface Rights means all rights to use the surface of land in connection with the Properties including, without limitation, all rights to enter upon and occupy the surface of land on which the Tangibles and Xxxxx are located and rights to cross or otherwise use the surface of land for access to the Properties;

  • Media Rights means all rights to negotiate, broadcast, and disseminate radio, television, motion picture, internet, webcast, and videotape broadcasting, telecasting, production, exhibition, or other sound, or visual exploitation of the Championships, on a live and/or delayed basis, by any means whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter developed; or otherwise distribute and exploit the Championships and/or any portion thereof in any manner in all forms of such media.

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party and licensed or sublicensed to either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.

  • Industrial Property Rights means all of the Company's patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how or trade secrets, formulas and science, now in existence or hereafter developed or acquired by the Company or for its use, relating to any and all products and services which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company.

  • Intellectual Property Rights or IPR means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade or business names, designs, Know-How, trade secrets and other rights in Confidential Information; applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of the rights listed at (a) that are capable of being registered in any country or jurisdiction; and all other rights having equivalent or similar effect in any country or jurisdiction;

  • Background Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property introduced and required by either Party to give effect to their obligations under this Agreement owned in whole or in part by or licensed to either Party or their affiliates prior to the Commencement Date or developed after the Commencement Date otherwise pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:

  • Background IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights (other than Project IPR) belonging to either party before the Commencement Date or not created in the course of or in connection with the Project;

  • Joint Intellectual Property Rights means any work under the Subcontract, which:

  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) (11/18) means any patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, moral rights, know-how and any other similar rights or intangible assets to which rights of ownership accrue, and all registrations, applications, disclosures, renewals, extensions, continuations, or reissues of the foregoing now or hereafter in force. “Key Personnel” (11/18) means the specific individuals identified in Section 3.11 to fill Key Positions.

  • Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property developed by either Party pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.

  • Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.

  • Owned Intellectual Property Rights means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
