CSE Listing definition

CSE Listing means the listing of the Resulting Issuer Shares on the CSE;

CSE Listing means the listing of the Common Shares on the CSE;

CSE Listing means the listing of the Resulting Issuer Shares on the CSE. “Effective Date” means the effective date of the Transaction.
