CSCT Medical Staff definition

CSCT Medical Staff means any one of the following CSCT IST members: CSCT IST Lead, CSCT Lead Physician, strength and conditioning coach, physiotherapist and mental performance consultant;

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff officer, department chairperson, section chairperson, and committee chair.

  • Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.

  • Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;

  • Authorized medical physicist means an individual who:

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Medical care means amounts paid for:

  • Telemedicine means the exchange of medical information from one site to another via electronic communications for the purpose of providing patient care, treatment, and services.

  • Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.

  • Audiology means the care and services provided by a licensed audiologist as set forth in the member state’s statutes and rules.

  • Direct medical education rate means a rate calculated for a hospital reporting medical education costs on the Medicare cost report (CMS 2552). The rate is calculated using the following formula: Direct medical education costs are multiplied by inflation factors. The result is divided by the hospital’s case-mix index, then is further divided by net discharges.

  • Medical physicist means a person trained in evaluating the performance of mammography equipment and facility quality assurance programs and who meets the qualifications for a medical physicist set forth in 41.6(3)“c.”

  • Medical direction means direction, advice, or orders provided by a medical director, supervising physician, or physician designee (in accordance with written parameters and protocols) to emergency medical care personnel.

  • Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
