Examples of CSBD in a sentence

  • Sub-grantee shall make all corrective actions, as a result of findings identified by (1) Sub-grantee through their own required self-monitoring, (2) the CSBD Program Manager or (3) the CSBD external monitors, including the state, within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the monitoring report.

  • Robe▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ll not directly or indirectly disclose Confidential Information to any person or entity or use any Confidential Information in any way; provided, that nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or restrict Robe▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇m making any disclosure of information required by law, or providing information to, or testifying or otherwise assisting in any investigation initiated or any proceeding brought by any federal, state or local governmental agency.

  • CSBD may terminate this Agreement at any time that CSBD President/CEO determines that Contractor has failed to comply with any of the provisions contained in this Agreement; or Contractor has failed to take corrective action after receiving oral or written requests to do so within a reasonable time, or if the health or safety of the youth assigned to Contractor may be at risk.

  • Contractor shall maintain non-owner vehicle insurance coverage and shall name CSBD as an additional insured.

  • CSBD may transfer or terminate participants at any time and shall make best efforts to provide notice to the Contractor.

  • Contractors not self-insured shall provide CSBD with a Certificate of Insurance listing CSBD as an additional insured.
