CS Audit Team means the employees or third-party representatives of Credit Suisse or its affiliates designated by Credit Suisse or its affiliates to conduct audits of the Company or its Subsidiaries.

  • The Company shall cause the appropriate officer(s) to report at least annually to the Board regarding (i) any audit- or compliance-related issues since the date of their previous report and (ii) the results of any internal audit and compliance testing, and shall cause the Company’s officers and key employees, and to the extent relevant, directors, to cooperate with the annual review conducted by the CS Audit Team.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Company’s Auditors means an independent firm of accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Company;

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Audit Committee Financial Expert means a person who has the following attributes:

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.
