ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES MADE BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES OF CRYOCATH, THAT ARE INCONSISTENT HEREWITH SHALL BE DISREGARDED AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING ON CRYOCATH.
