Crude Helium definition

Crude Helium means the the helium element present in a mixture of helium gas that conforms to the specifications outlined in the Gaseous Helium Specification in Exhibit II.
Crude Helium means the gaseous product extracted from natural gas, which product is comprised of Helium together with other constituents of natural gas and which is acceptable for storage in the BLM System.
Crude Helium means the helium-gas mixture in gaseous phase which is comprised predominantly of helium together with other constituents of natural gas that (i) meets the minimum specification for processing and liquefaction at the K▇▇▇▇ Plant and (ii) is acceptable for storage and delivery in the Federal Helium System as defined in Article 2.1 of the BLM Storage Contract.

  • You must exe- cute an In-Kind Crude Helium Sales Contract before you sell a major he- lium requirement to a Federal agency.

  • If you were obligated to buy refined helium under a Helium Distribution Contract, your In-Kind Crude Helium Sales Contract requires you to buy an equivalent amount of crude helium in lieu of that obligation.

  • All quantities of Crude Helium delivered hereunder shall conform to the specification set forth in the contracts between the BLM and Buyer and/or Seller to store Crude Helium in the BLM System.

  • Airlife Gases shall then have ten (10) days to pay for such Crude Helium.

  • Seller will provide Buyer, through the BLM System, 1.02 units of Crude Helium for each unit of Liquid Helium delivered into Buyer's container from K▇▇▇▇ Crude.

  • Buyer has Crude Helium available for Tolling in Seller's Facility on the terms set forth herein.

  • Buyer will provide Seller via the BLM System 1.02 units of Crude Helium for each unit of Liquid Helium to be delivered into Buyer’s containers at Seller’s Facility on a schedule mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller.
