    Examples of CRP Administrative Claims in a sentence

    There are four unimpaired Classes of Claims that are deemed to have accepted the Plan: Class 1 – DIP Claims, Class 2 – Other Secured Claims, Class 4 – CRP Administrative Claims, and Class 5 – Other Priority Claims.

    In general, however, Holders of Allowed Administrative Claims, Allowed Priority Tax Claims, Allowed CRP Administrative Claims, and Allowed Other Priority Claims will be paid in full on the later of: (i) the Effective Date; and (ii) the date when such Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.

    Allowed Administrative Claims, Allowed Priority Tax Claims, Allowed DIP Claims, Allowed Other Secured Claims, Allowed CRP Administrative Claims, and Allowed Other Priority Claims will be paid in full.

    GCM believes that this amount of Cash, along with collectible accounts receivable and the funds available in the Creditor Recovery Pool, will be sufficient to satisfy all Allowed Administrative Claims and Allowed Priority Tax Claims, if any, in addition to Allowed Class 2 Other Secured Claims, Allowed Class 4 CRP Administrative Claims, and Allowed Class 5 Other Priority Claims.

    The Liquidating Trustee will make distributions on or shortly after the Effective Date to Holders of Allowed Administrative Claims, Allowed Priority Tax Claims, Allowed DIP Claims, Allowed Other Secured Claims, Allowed Comilog Secured Claims, Allowed CRP Administrative Claims, and Allowed Other Priority Claims.
