Crowley Family definition

Crowley Family means all of the following Persons: (i) Thomas B. Crowley, Jr., an individual residing as of the date hereof xx Xxxxxxx, Xalifornia, together with all Persons who are now or hereafter relatives of such Person; and (ii) all trusts, conservatorships and estates of or for the benefit of the Persons described in clause (i) of this defined term. (For purposes of this definition, "relative" means any individual related by affinity or consanguinity within the fourth degree as determined by the common law, or any individual in a step or adoptive relationship within such fourth degree.)
