Following Network Rail’s entry into any Crossrail Track Access Contract, it shall notify the Train Operator (and send copies of this notice to ▇▇▇ and the Secretary of State) as soon as reasonably practicable of the extent of any modifications to the specified provisions that it reasonably considers, at that time, may be required in relation to the Crossrail Project to enable the Train Operator to plan the future of its business.
CRL shall periodically update the Project Delivery Schedule to take account of the circumstances at that time and so as to enable the Sponsors to monitor the overall progress of the Crossrail Project.
With the exception of the Consents described or listed in Clause 4.3, CRL shall procure that all Consents necessary for the design, construction, completion and commissioning of the Central Core Area Works, or to carry out its other obligations under this Agreement are obtained and maintained in force for the duration of the Crossrail Project.
