Crossed Mortgage Loan definition

Crossed Mortgage Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Crossed Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan which is cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with any other Mortgage Loan.

Crossed Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan which is cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with any other Mortgage Loan. "CUT-OFF DATE" means, individually and collectively, the applicable Due Dates for the respective Mortgage Loans occurring in October 2002.
Crossed Mortgage Loan has the meaning set forth in paragraph (f) of Schedule 1(a).

Related to Crossed Mortgage Loan

  • Crossed Mortgage Loan Group With respect to (i) any Mortgage Loan that consists of more than one commercial mortgage loan, the underlying group of loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other and (ii) any two or more individual Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other, such cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted Mortgage Loans. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no Crossed Mortgage Loan Group in the Trust Fund.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan Each of (i) the Mortgage Loans identified as “Serviced” under the column entitled “Type” in the “Whole Loan” chart in the Preliminary Statement, (ii) prior to the related Servicing Shift Securitization Date, the Mortgage Loans identified as “Servicing Shift” under the column entitled “Type” in the “Whole Loan” chart in the Preliminary Statement, and (iii) any AB Mortgage Loan related to a Serviced AB Whole Loan, as applicable.

  • Covered Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is covered by a PMI Policy.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that provides for the accrual of Post-ARD Additional Interest thereon if such Mortgage Loan is not paid in full on or prior to its Anticipated Repayment Date.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Excluded Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan or Whole Loan with respect to which, as of any date of determination, the Controlling Class Representative or any Majority Controlling Class Certificateholder is a Borrower Party. As of the Closing Date, there are no Excluded Mortgage Loans related to the Trust.

  • Refinanced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were not used to purchase the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Distressed Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that at the date of determination is Delinquent in payment for a period of 90 days or more without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage Note or for which the applicable Servicer or the Trustee has accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Each of (i) the Mortgage Loans identified as “Non-Serviced” under the column entitled “Type” in the “Whole Loan” chart in the Preliminary Statement, and (ii) on and after the related Servicing Shift Securitization Date, the Mortgage Loans identified as “Servicing Shift” under the column entitled “Type” in the “Whole Loan” chart in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Streamlined Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinance of a mortgage loan pursuant to the related Seller’s streamlined documentation program then in effect.

  • Corrected Mortgage Loan As defined under the definition of Specially Serviced Loan.

  • Removed Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan which is repurchased from the Trust Fund pursuant to the terms hereof or as to which one or more Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loans are substituted.

  • Deleted Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan replaced or to be replaced by a Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan.

  • Modified Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that has been the subject of a Servicing Modification.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Liquidated Mortgage Loan With respect to any Distribution Date, a defaulted Mortgage Loan (including any REO Property) which was liquidated in the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and as to which the Master Servicer has determined (in accordance with this Agreement) that it has received all amounts it expects to receive in connection with the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan, including the final disposition of an REO Property.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.

  • Balloon Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan that by its original terms or by virtue of any modification entered into as of the Closing Date provides for an amortization schedule for such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan extending beyond its Maturity Date.

  • Group 4 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-4 hereto.

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans With respect to any Non-Serviced Loan Combination, a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. The 11 Madison Avenue Mortgage Loan and the Heartland Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan, are the Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans included in the Trust.

  • Second Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a second priority mortgage lien with respect to the related Property.

  • AB Mortgage Loan A senior “A note” that is part of an AB Whole Loan and which is a Mortgage Loan that is part of the Trust Fund.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
