Critical Performance Indicator definition

Critical Performance Indicator means any of the measures as set out in these rules developed and implemented pursuant to G.S. 122C-112.1(a)(33).
Critical Performance Indicator means each Service Level designated as a “Critical Performance Indicator” in Schedule B (Service Level Methodology).
Critical Performance Indicator or “CPI” means a Service Level that has high visibility and materially affects GCHP's ability to perform its business. Failure to meet the Service Levels for a CPI shall give rise to a Service Level Credit.
