Critical Load Power definition

Critical Load Power means the total electrical power supplied to the input circuit breakers of the PDUs within the Premises and excluding electrical power needed for any heat rejection or HVAC system, lighting or other common facility systems or services.
Critical Load Power means the total electrical power supplied to the output circuit breakers of the PDUs (or then-current equivalent) within the Powered Shells.
Critical Load Power means the total electrical power supplied to the PDUs serving the Datacenter Space that is available for utilization by Tenant in the Datacenter Space (as measured at the supply side of the dedicated PDU systems serving the Datacenter Space and at the output feeder breakers of the shared PDU systems serving the Datacenter Space) for the purpose of delivering critical electrical power to Tenant’s Equipment and other Tenant’s Personal Property in the Datacenter Space.

Examples of Critical Load Power in a sentence

  • All equipment (belonging to Tenant or otherwise) located within the Datacenter Space shall be included in the calculation of Tenant’s actual use of Critical Load Power in the Datacenter Space.

  • Tenant shall pay for all electricity provided as Critical Load Power to the Datacenter Space and required to operate the Shared Electrical and Mechanical Equipment in accordance with this Section 4.1.2. Except to the extent provided otherwise in Exhibit “J” attached hereto, the Electrical Metering Equipment shall be installed by Landlord at Landlord’s cost and Landlord shall b▇▇▇ Tenant monthly for the Power Payment.

  • If Tenant shall fail to reduce its use of Critical Load Power to a level that complies with the terms of this Section 7.4 within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving such a notice from Landlord, Landlord shall have the right to disconnect power to the applicable circuit or circuits.

  • Tenant shall, upon receipt of written notice, promptly cease the use of any Equipment or other Tenant’s Personal Property that Landlord reasonably believes shall cause Tenant’s use of Critical Load Power in the Datacenter Space to exceed the Electrical Power Threshold.

  • Tenant’s actual use of Critical Load Power in the Datacenter Space, as determined by the Electrical Metering Equipment, shall not at any time, exceed the Electrical Power Threshold.

  • Landlord shall install and maintain the Substation sufficient to allow Tenant to purchase and receive electric energy in an amount up to the Critical Load Power.

  • If any damage is caused to the Building or the Premises by overloading by Tenant (loads in excess of the design for the Critical Load Power and the specifications contained in this Lease, including exhibits), Tenant will forthwith repair such damage, or, at the option of Landlord, pay Landlord within thirty (30) days after demand, the cost of repairing such damage.

  • In the event of a Power Deficiency for any reason, Landlord shall use all commercially reasonable, best efforts to immediately return all Critical Load Power to [*****].

  • When the installed equipment can draw no less than [***] of Critical Load Power as demonstrated by meter reads (“Full Load Deployment”), Landlord shall deliver written notice thereof to Tenant, which notice shall specify the date that Full Load Deployment was achieved (the “Full Load Deployment Date”).

  • When the installed equipment can draw no less than [***] MW of Critical Load Power as demonstrated by meter reads (“Full Load Deployment”), Landlord shall deliver written notice thereof to Tenant, which notice shall specify the date that Full Load Deployment was achieved (the “Full Load Deployment Date”).


More Definitions of Critical Load Power

Critical Load Power means, with respect to any particular Colocation Space, the total electrical power connected to and available for utilization by Customer in such space as measured at the applicable demarcation point as defined in the applicable Service Order. “Confidential Information” means Customer Confidential Information and Supplier Confidential Information. “Containment”“ means and refers to a hot or cold aisle containment solution for a Colocation Space (i.e., the installation of certain equipment, barriers and materials throughout the Colocation Space for the purpose of keeping hot aisle air segregated from cold aisle air in such Colocation Space), including “door open” and “door closed” sensors that record the time of such openings and closings, in accordance with plans that have been reviewed and reasonably approved by Supplier. “Cross Connections” means interconnections between Customer’s Equipment and the systems or equipment of other occupants of the Facility and any telecommunications carriers present at the Facility. “Customer Confidential Information” means: (a) the terms and provisions of this MCSA and each Service Order and of any term sheet, letter of intent or discussions on which this MCSA of any Service Order is based and the content of any discussions between Customer and Supplier regarding the same, (b) the contents of any documents disclosed to Supplier under Section 5.4(k)(iii) below, (c) the fact that Customer and Supplier have entered into this MCSA or any Service Order and that Customer occupies space in the Facility, (d) Customer Data; and (e) any other information that is disclosed by Customer to Supplier in connection with this this MCSA or any Service Order (i) is marked as confidential, proprietary, or with a similar legend or (ii) that the party receiving the information otherwise should reasonably know to be confidential based upon its content. “Customer Data” means all personal or confidential proprietary data and information regarding Customer, its customers and suppliers that is either: (i) required to be furnished, disclosed or otherwise made available to Supplier Personnel by or on behalf of Customer pursuant to an Agreement; or (ii) collected by Supplier Personnel on behalf of Customer in the course of performing the Services. “Customer Equipment” means the computer equipment, software, hardware and other materials and personal property provided for, placed by or owned by Customer (or any Customer Personnel) in the Colocation Spac...
