Critical Defect definition

Critical Defect means a Defect critical to Customer’s business, requiring a solution as quickly as possible.
Critical Defect means an Error as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement between the City and the System Contractor and at least 25% of the User base of the Production System are impacted in the same manner as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement for a Critical Defect.
Critical Defect means a Defect which renders the core functionality of the Software inoperable.

More Definitions of Critical Defect

Critical Defect means any functional defect in the Enhancement to be implemented by the Additional Services hereunder that prevents one or more Users from performing a create, activate, modify or delete of an Active SV. For such a defect to be considered a Critical Defect it must be reproducible and be one for which no acceptable alternative functionality can be identified.
