Critical Condition definition

Critical Condition means a designated System is out-of-service, performing erroneously, or performing with material errors, and a Client Location is unable to perform one or more essential business functions. Examples of Critical Conditions might include a production instance being down; or the database is unable to log transactions due to a storage issue
Critical Condition means any of the conditions or illnesses referred to in clause 11.

Examples of Critical Condition in a sentence

  • D Failure of any Critical Condition in three (3) consecutive months, at CUSTOMER’s option, this Agreement may be cancelled without penalty.

  • Bedside Visit If the Plan Participant is Hospital confined due to an injury or Illness for more than seven days, or is likely to be confined for more than seven days or is in Critical Condition, the Insurer will pay the cost of one economy round trip air ticket to the place of Hospital Confinement for one person designated by the Plan Participant.

  • Response to a Critical Condition incoming call will typically be within one (1) hour and will not exceed four (4) hours.

  • Thereafter, Geisinger will receive an additional credit in the amount of one (1) monthly fee for every seventy-two (72) hour period beyond the initial eighteen (18) hours that an original Critical Condition remains unresolved, up to a maximum credit of twelve (12) months of the monthly fee.

  • PoF ratings will range from Critical Condition (80%-100% PoF) to Excellent Condition (0-19% PoF).

  • When lengthy, prolonged or repeated Inpatient visits by the Physician are necessary because of a Critical Condition, payment for such intensive medical services is based on each individual case.

  • Survival Period means the period starting on the date of diagnosis of the Critical Condition and ending 30 days following the date of diagnosis of the Critical Condition, except where modified elsewhere under the policy.

  • In exercising Operational Control of the Transmission System HTSO will be responsible for taking all actions necessary to avoid or remedy any System Critical Condition or System Emergency Condition .

  • If after ten (10) days from notification of a Serious Condition, GAS has not resolved the Serious Condition, the Serious Condition will automatically be converted to Critical Condition status.

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
