Crewman. , in relation to a ship, means a person other than–
Crewman s Identity Card” means a Crewman’s Identity Card issued under Section 154; “dangerous goods” means any goods listed as dangerous goods in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code published by the Intergovernmental Maritime Consultative Organization, London, in 1965 as amended from time to time;
Crewman means a person serving in any capacity on Board a vessel or aircraft.
