Examples of CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) in a sentence

  • The Master Servicer shall (no later than the applicable Serviced Whole Loan Remittance Date) make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Whole Loan or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer and Other Trustee, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) (excluding any templates) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on a monthly basis.

  • The Master Servicer shall (no later than the time(s) that it or any portion thereof is made available to the Certificate Administrator) make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Whole Loan or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) (excluding any templates) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on a monthly basis.

  • The Master Servicer shall (no later than the time(s) that it or any portion thereof is made to the Certificate Administrator) make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Loan Combination or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP), on a monthly basis.

  • The Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall (no later than the time(s) that it or any portion thereof is made to the Certificate Administrator) make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Loan Combination or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP), on a monthly basis.

  • The Master Servicer shall (no later than the time(s) that it or any portion thereof is made available to the Certificate Administrator) make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Whole Loan or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer and Other Trustee, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) (excluding any templates) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on a monthly basis.

  • The Master Servicer shall make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Whole Loan or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer and Other Trustee, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) (excluding any templates) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on a monthly basis.

  • The Master Servicer shall (no later than the time(s) that it or any portion thereof is made available to the Certificate Administrator) make available to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder with respect to the related Loan Combination or, if such Serviced Companion Loan is securitized, the respective Other Servicer, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP) (excluding any templates) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on a monthly basis.

Related to CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (CREFC® IRP)

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package The collection of reports specified by the CREFC® from time to time as the “CREFC® Investor Reporting Package.” As of the Closing Date, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package contains eight electronic files ((1) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (2) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (3) CREFC® Property File, (4) CREFC® Bond Level File, (5) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (6) CREFC® Financial File, (7) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File and (8) CREFC® Schedule AL File) and nine surveillance reports ((1) CREFC® Servicer Watch List, (2) CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report, (3) CREFC® REO Status Report, (4) CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report, (5) CREFC® Historical Loan Modification/Forbearance and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report, (6) CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report, (7) CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet, (8) CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report and (9) with respect to Mortgage Loans that have a Companion Loan, as applicable, the CREFC® Total Loan Report). In addition, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package shall include the CREFC® Advance Recovery Report. In addition, the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package shall include the following eleven templates: (1) CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template, (2) CREFC® Servicer Realized Loss Template, (3) CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Template, (4) CREFC® Historical Bond/Collateral Realized Loss Reconciliation Template, (5) CREFC® Historical Liquidation Loss Template, (6) CREFC® Interest Shortfall Reconciliation Template, (7) CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Report, (8) CREFC® Significant Insurance Event Report, (9) CREFC® Loan Modification Report, (10) CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report and (11) CREFC® REO Liquidation Report. The CREFC® Investor Reporting Package shall be substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable forms of the “CREFC® IRP” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information or reports as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally. For the purposes of the production of the CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer of any such report that is required to state information for any period prior to the Cut-off Date, the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, may conclusively rely (without independent verification), absent manifest error, on information provided to it by the Mortgage Loan Sellers or by the related Mortgagor or (x) in the case of such a report produced by the Master Servicer, by the Special Servicer (if other than the Master Servicer or an Affiliate thereof) and (y) in the case of such a report produced by the Special Servicer, by the Master Servicer (if other than the Special Servicer or an Affiliate thereof).

  • CMSA Investor Reporting Package means, collectively:

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Total Loan Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Total Loan Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be adopted by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions and is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report The monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • CREFC® REO Status Report The monthly report in the “REO Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report” available and effective from time to time on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Supplemental Servicer Reports The CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report, the CREFC® Historical Loan Modification and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report, the CREFC® REO Status Report, the CREFC® Servicer Watch List, the CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet, the CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report, the CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report, the CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report, the CREFC® Advance Recovery Report and the CREFC® Total Loan Report.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • CREFC® Interest Shortfall Reconciliation Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Shortfall Reconciliation Template” available and effective from time to time on the CREFC® Website.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report” available and effective from time to time on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report” available and effective from time to time on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Financial File The data file in the “CREFC® Financial File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Advance Recovery Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Advance Recovery Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
