Credit Support Party definition

Credit Support Party means any person, or any persons severally, who now or hereafter guarantees payment or collection of all or any part of the Liabilities or provides any collateral to secure the Liabilities.
Credit Support Party means each Person that is not a Borrower or Guarantor, but which has granted a lien on its assets to secure the Obligations hereunder, including for the avoidance of doubt, each Permitted Joint Venture Subsidiary. CWA: the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq.).
Credit Support Party shall have the meaning provided in the definition of Excluded Swap Obligation.
