Credit Information Company definition

Credit Information Company means a company which has been granted a certificate of registration by RBI under Section 5 (2) of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
Credit Information Company means a company formed and registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and which has been granted a certificate of registration under sub-section (2) of section 5;
Credit Information Company means a company which has been granted a certificate of registration in accordance with Section 5 of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
