Credit Card Direction Letter definition

Credit Card Direction Letter means an instruction letter to Tenants substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule V.
Credit Card Direction Letter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.1(b) hereof.
Credit Card Direction Letter means a letter agreement signed and delivered by Borrower and addressed to a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor who is a party to a Credit Card Agreement with Borrower, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender and countersigned by such Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor, which Credit Card Direction Letter shall require ACH or wire transfer into the Operating Account maintained with Lender, no less frequently than each business day, of all Credit Card Receivables due and payable to Borrower from such Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor.

  • On the Effective Date, New Borrower shall deliver (A) a Tenant Direction Letter to each commercial Tenant at the Property and (B) a Credit Card Direction Letter to each of the credit card banks which New Borrower has entered into agreements for the clearance of credit card receipts, as set forth in the Cash Management Agreement.

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
