Credit Agency Tax Regulatory Agreement definition

Credit Agency Tax Regulatory Agreement means that certain land use restriction agreement to be executed by and between Borrower and Credit Agency in the first year in which the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits are claimed with respect to the Project.

  • Tax Regulatory Agreement means the Tax Regulatory Agreement, dated as of the date of initial issuance and delivery of the Bonds, among the Authority, the Borrower and the Trustee, and any amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Regulatory Agreement means the regulatory agreement between HPD and the Owner establishing certain controls upon the operation of the Exemption Area during the term of the Exemption.

  • Tax Compliance Agreement means the Federal Tax Certificate, Tax Compliance Agreement, Arbitrage Agreement, or other written certification or agreement of the Issuer setting out representations and covenants for satisfying the post-issuance tax compliance requirements for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.

  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

  • United States Tax Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Environmental Protection Agency or “EPA” means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

  • Closing protection letter means an agreement by the division to indemnify a lender or owner or both for loss caused by a division closer’s theft of settlement funds or failure to comply with written closing instructions relating to title certificate coverage when agreed to by the division closer.

  • Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.

  • L/C Documents means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, such Letter of Credit, any amendments thereto, any documents delivered in connection therewith, any application therefor, and any agreements, instruments, guarantees or other documents (whether general in application or applicable only to such Letter of Credit) governing or providing for (i) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk or (ii) any collateral security for such obligations.

  • Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated July 31, 2023, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Recipient shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.

  • Credit reporting agency means a corporation that carries on a credit reporting business.

  • Solvency II Regulation means Commission Delegated Regulation ((EU No. 2015/35).

  • Responsible agency means a public agency, which proposes to carry out or approve a project, for which [a] Lead Agency is preparing or has prepared an EIR or Negative Declaration. For the purposes of CEQA, the term “responsible agency” includes all public agencies other than the Lead Agency, which have discretionary approval power over the project. (Section 15381)

  • Fiscal Agency Agreement The Uniform Fiscal Agency Agreement between Xxxxxxx Mac and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Tax Regulations means the United States Treasury Regulations promulgated pursuant to sections 103 and 141 through 150 of the Code, or section 103 of the 1954 Code, as applicable.

  • Perfection Certificate Supplement means a certificate supplement in the form of Exhibit L-2 or any other form approved by the Collateral Agent.

  • IWAI/ Authority/ Department/ Owner means the Inland Waterways Authority of India, which invites tenders on behalf of the Chairman, IWAI and includes therein-legal representatives, successors and assigns.

  • Fee and Expense Application means the motion to be filed by Class Counsel, in which they will seek approval of an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, as well as an Incentive Award for the Class Representative.

  • U.S. Tax Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(e)(ii)(B)(III).

  • Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.

  • Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.

  • Noteholder Tax Identification Information means, with respect to any Noteholder or Note Owner, properly completed and signed tax certifications (generally, in the case of U.S. federal income tax, IRS Form W-9 (or applicable successor form) in the case of a person that is a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code or the appropriate IRS Form W-8 (or applicable successor form) in the case of a person that is not a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code).

  • Placement Agency Agreement means the Placement Agency Agreement by and between the Company and the Placement Agent dated the date hereof.

  • Federal Cooperative Agreement means a cooperative agreement en- tered into by an agency.

  • Public or private safety agency means a unit of state or local government, a special purpose district, or a private firm, which provides or has the authority to provide firefighting, police, ambulance, emergency medical services or hazardous materials response.
