Credentialing application definition

Credentialing application means the process whereby a provider submits a completed credentialing application to a health carrier, in which the provider seeks to contract with the health carrier to become a participating provider within the health carrier’s network.
Credentialing application means the application form to be used for the credentialing of providers.
