Creation Order definition

Creation Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Participants Agreement.
Creation Order has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.2(a)(i).
Creation Order means a Purchase Order, and these two terms are used interchangeably herein.

  • The Sponsor may require, in its sole discretion, that a Creation Order be denominated in SUI (a “SUI Creation Order”) or cash (a “Cash Creation Order”).
